Angela Sulzer studied violin performance at Temple University as a student of William dePasquale. She began her violin studies at age nine and has made solo appearances including several performances in the Emerging Master’s Recital Series at the Allentown Art Museum, a solo recital as Winner of the 2005 Young Artist Competition of the Friends of Music of Bethlehem, and toured Italy as a soloist with her high school orchestra. An avid orchestral musician, Angela often performs with community and regional orchestras throughout the Philadelphia area. She has spent many summers studying at Eastern Music Festival in North Carolina, Festival of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of the Americas in Puerto Rico, and most recently the National Orchestral Institute in Maryland under full scholarship. Angela has been teaching privately for over seven years and is currently a violin instructor with Philadelphia Region Youth String Music (PRYSM) of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra since 2007.
